  • Ah! Krapy as in Krapy rub snif?

  • Excellent, love the new tag.

  • Showing your true colours.

I know where this tag is, going to try and get it tomorrow. Weather dependant.

  • Tranquil.

  • Got a free day, fancy a ride. I wonder where the tag is?

    Oh....

That's quite a long way away.

  • Everyone knows which Saxon churchyard they're (not) heading to, right?
So a clue for a route that avoids the dual carriageways: Take the Bridge with no bridge to cross the circle.

  • I'm thinking bike in the back of the car. For old times sake it should be a van.

  • Van? You're not Des are you?

  • Old:

The grave of Herbert Chapman, founding figure of Arsenal FC and the FA, I think.

It is in the graveyard of St Mary's Church, Hendon. Right next door to the Greyhound Pub which was a tag that I got 4 years ago.

It's still a long way from Herne Hill. Particularly with a chain that is too un-slack and won't let the rear wheel rotate freely. I didn't pass a single bike shop between Brixton Cycles (hadn't noticed the issue yet) and the tag.

I've found the Elephant, now where's the Castle?

  • There was an Evans at the bottom of Greyhound Hill, though bet you're long gone now. I'd noticed your previous effort when searching for (unlikely) completed tags out there.

  • Yeah, I saw that on Google Maps but just rolled down to Hendon and jumped on a direct train to Herne Hill. It's very pleasant.

    Thanks

  • I went to the graveyard on Brexit night before critical mass. Was terrifying. Searching for a grave was also scary.

  • Who is Des?

@Ruserius So did you get the tag before trainmashton

  • Yeah, but hadn't given the next tag any thought and then got side tracked by the weekend.

    The Orphans, Marble Arch

    Fooooooootballl

(I did a lap of Richmond Park between tags to make up for @mashton taking the train)

  • Only took the train home. Not on the way to the damn tags!

  • I see that my Elephant & Castle misdirection failed to throw people in the wrong direction. I was hoping it would be noticed as, possibly, the first anti-clue in BTOB.

  • Does that mean you tagged the wrong way round‽

  • Still took the train... Do you feel ashamed?

    Knew where the elephants are.

  • Are we searching for a van?
(Edit: Ignore, looked again on a better screen)

  • As far as I can tell, it's a blank white wall with a novelty street sign on it, advertising a football club.

Said signs are very easy to obtain, judging by the number of eBay and Esty hits that my initial quick search garnered.

I, for one, will be needing a clue.

  • The white building is on the corner of a street joining a road that shares the name of another South London football team.
