Anyway, my mother in law worked on that there Liverpudlian ferry, when it was a pleasure cruiser. She walked past it the other day and nearly had a heart attack when she realised what it was. Lots of cool stories about taking pissed up parties over to Dublin etc.

I know something right next to its been tagged before. But don't remember a tag since these have been added. So counts as different?

Surely this is a tag of a specific bit of cycling related graf and the fact that the wall or a wall near it has been tagged is irrelevant?

Yeah, I'm a card-carrying member of the anti-retag party - but I don't think this should count as a retag. The graffiti is new.

And anyway, even with the knowledge that this area has been tagged before, I still don't know where it is.

We’ve had temporary installations outside of previously tagged places so anything new and unique on a previously tagged place should be allowed.
