It was an 'eyesore'; now it's a 'respectable' eyesore.

Just south of Spock's family and packet curry from the 1970s. The road itself is named after a Palladian mansion designed by the brilliantly named Stiff Leadbetter.
Curiously, a friend of mine was reputed to be the author of this "poem" but, now that I have looked it up and found a different name, I feel free to describe it as dull reactionary drivel.
But I also realised that one of the artists is the dad of a friend of my twins, and that another wall-based work by him was tagged years ago, featuring canal motifs in bas-relief. And I am now sitting about 20 yards from it as I wait for a train up to London Bridge.

Phew! The anti-fascist sticker was an essential part.

Thank goodness for that. Until you posted that second photo, it could have been a 4ft silver ampersand on a red wall literally anywhere in the whole world.

Not sure a clue is really necessary here is it? Pretty sure Google has the answers. Or you could try asking this other dog we met.
The tandem has been a current project for a while. It's our first tandem tag. And weirdly, on a trawl back through the thread, I've realised that my first tag immediately followed the first ever(?) tandem tag.

Not just any pub, but the Greyhound (obviously). A pub had stood on that site for 300 years -until 2012 when developers Purelake illegally knocked it down. Lewisham council took Purelake to court, where they entered a guilty plea and were fined £5,000.
Locals campaigned to have the pub rebuilt and, amazingly, it has been - largely with original materials. The greyhound mural, designed to mimic the original pub sign and featuring pictures of locals, was commissioned to celebrate the victory. The ground floor is waiting for a new pub or restaurant to move in.
