Thing on the top is more like some sort of Olympic torch in flame, or something. That's not a clue. That's a best-I-can-do description of what's there.
I'm going to struggle with anything other than an obvious clue for this one - cos I have no idea what the stump thing is.
The thing with that apartment block is, that for the price of maybe six or seven of the flats in there, you could buy the chunk of land the Americans paid £5.14 million for. That's posho house prices for you.
Name the largest municipality on that land and that should give you half of the name of the building outside which Stumpy is located.
Stumpy is actually around 4 or 5 metres in height.

@JurekB Can you tell us something mostly accurate (or entertaining) about Stumpy? What is it?

I confess to unbridled curiosity as to what Stumpy is.
I've ridden passed it a zillion times before I noticed it. It is utterly incongruous with its surroundings.
It has crossed my mind to approach the concierge at Anchorage Point to ask them, but I fear that at entry level of £0.5 mil for a two bed flat, they're not going to be jumping at the opportunity to release the auto-door lock to someone clad in lycra that has just rung their doorbell....
