Old: Viaduct carrying the Piccadilly line over Arnos Park, Arnos Grove, near Waterfall Road. You can see a tube train going over it in my picture.

Hadn't even noticed the food thing, it's not about food! Less an inside joke and more a cultural reference really, but if you don't know it you don't know it. Reading up on the landlord of a well known fictional pub would be a good starting point.
