I'm just slack. I nearly went on Thursday evening but couldn't think of something suitable so just went the usual way home instead and got caught in a massive impenetrable mass of stationary vehicles so solid even a police car with lights and siren couldn't get through.

Imagine dutifully seeking written permission before each one, then waiting for the response, then going out to take the shot. The tag rate would fall to a pace usually reserved for fetching Bruce's tags :)
