Your lit wall with the hideous tattoo style art looks like a bridge/tunnel to me.

Confused road?

Ah, yes, there's an auspicious number of bridges in the area.

Old:
Mural on Hinton Road, next to Wellfit Close.
New:
Clue: I hope this won't furrow too many brows.
-
• #14608
BTW, Hinton Road is in Loughborough Junction, SARF London.
I now feel at peace after last week's tagzumping. And yes, the new one was taken on that jaunt.

• #14609
I'm supposed to be working, but I may have to nip out and try for this one.

Riff Raff Tattoo Studio comes to Loughborough Junction
Although who ever runs it has decided Riff Raff was a crap name and the sign is now just his name and the url of his facebook page.
There may be a Wellfit Close, but that's the corner of Hinton Road and Wellfit Street (most inappropriately named road ever).

• #14611
Yep, oops, Wellfit Street.

• #14612
Yep, view from the bridge over the railway, towards Hilly Fields. I think the moose is no more. Hurrah for gussets!
They demolished a rather lovely art deco adhesives factory at that site in Ladywell.
Big Dave of Gusset fame was a worker on London Underground when they were modernising the Jubilee line in Southwark.
He has been the subject of discussion on BBC London's Robert Elms prog. -

I used to love that art deco building, so sad that it has gone

Old: by the Plough at East Dulwich, artwork by Nunca, a Brazilian artist.
New:
Bugger - missed out the weather vane at the top!
Edit - sorry about the front mudguard: it came from a 700c-wheeled bike.
-
• #14615
Arrrgh you bugger! :)
I've been wanting to play for ages, sprinted off to dulwich and back. Can't see how I could possibly have been any quicker.
Should probably get an iphone I suppose.
Anyway, nice new tag. No idea where it is though :(

I thought I'd be in with a chance, even with the intervening hill and the complications of getting to Snappy Snaps to get the film developed and scanned, and then logging back into the desktop at home.
Edit: that wasn't you turning right at the plough on some fancy red road bike was it? I glanced back as was heading off, half expecting to see the rider dismount and walk over to the mural, but I was then distracted by being in moving traffic all of a sudden.

For my last tag, I took my SLR and laptop and uploaded on a park bench....
#boastpost. -
• #14618
Ohh!
I know where the new one is.
I also know what it is :) -
• #14619
Actually I fibbed a little bit^^^
This was taken on Mrs Ludd's Fuji FinePix A920, so I was able to upload it quite easily when I got home. Didn't have to go to Snappy Snaps at all. Sorry about that.

Thunderbird one getting stuck, obv.

It does give that impression when you round the corner and see it for the first time...
and specially for you Jurek, there's an extra question:
What is the connection between this spire and a major advance in printing technology?

Nope, I'm on a black langster. First time back on the fixed since rebuilding the drive, new chain, chainring, DA cog. Was nice to have an excuse to sprint up a hill and back.

• #14623
I believe the spire owner was the first to use rollers to apply ink to plate - or something like that.
-
• #14624
Give that man a fiver!
-
• #14625
Well, this is annoying. I know where it is, but can't get out there today.
Bridge?
OK, so another hint on the road. The road I already gave a hint on. Hmm. Need hint on road. Have to think...
