Well done.
The building in the background is the building of the famous Downs Hotel (now flats), where the first British cycling club, the Pickwick Club, was founded.
I was wondering which one to tag and decided on the bike hangar, as I'd have had to Photoshop the name off the hotel building given that its architecture isn't really distinctive enough to have made it possible to just show the ground floor together with heavy hints.

Nice cycling connection there Oliver.
As for the new one, if only Southwark Council could be this overt with their hints to residents.

Sorry…it really was great to get out tonight. I ended up riding all over town. I was surprised to see it still here when I got back.

Have seen the new subject before, but I think it may have moved from where I recall seeing it...
-
• #14133
I know the subjects, and where they are now. Still don't get the dirt reference..

Sweeping up the dirt?

Having, strangely, retained an unknown and hitherto untapped knowledge of east London walls I was able to find this location within a couple of minuets. No wonder I keep forgetting important stuff if my brain is full of junk like this.
Still curious as to why it's tag-worthy.

The reason why you remember it is probably because it's in the middle of nowhere.

I'd like to think that most of mine are ;)
Been out of action recently with study commitments but just had a deadline and needed to get my tag fix! Hope you'll like it...

You were listening to Mozart, or something, whilst contemplating your knowledge of east London walls. Yeah?
