Today I left for work planning to get the new tag afterwards and came off on the way to work. destroyed my helmet, ripped my rapha jacket and broke my shoes :( On crutches for 6 to 8 weeks now fml...

The view from the TOP TOP of the hill by st mary's is ace. You can see out to St Albans, and on a clear bright day you can see for about 50 miles. It's ace.

Nice ride out along the Harrow Rd although the ride home via Hendon and the A406 North Circular was less appealing.
