ok, so i might be up for this too after all, does anyone have a space on the team for a crasher ?

We got plenty of crashers in Cambridge already , think we're going to have a prize for most violent plummet or most visibly perished . We were wondering whether to have one of those waiver forms , or just confess now to being negligent and hope to get a sympathetic jury. Any opinions ?(i'm sure one or two of you may have)

Harvey, I just informed some of the Irish lads about this, would there be room for them to play?

8 is free , the list is looking pretty full. Dunno what the limit is that we can play double elimination on one day , but must be almost there . However we want everyone to come who wants to , especially international teams !!!!!!!!!

25 teams, 1 court, double elimination.....

50 games, in case of 2 finals, 49 otherwise

50g x 8min = 400min/60 = 6.7h
50g x 2min changes teams = 100min/60 = 1.7h
6.7h +1.7h = 8.4h

8h 30min (approx) of polo,
more if quarters, semis and final(s) are a bit longer, and they should be...

at what time do we star???

10 am i guess, and hope for some 5- 0 quick games earlier on . Sun sets 9pm, should be all done by then

there are tennis courts right next to the 'proper' court, if we really needed to we could run a few games on that with a little modification.

and can we have throw-ins in that courts???

yeah don't see why not but we'd have to clear off if the locals wanted to play
