I'm waxing on Friday night, would be potentially embarrasing otherwise.

Barriers are being delivered around 2pm Friday. Is anyone around to help unload them?

I can give a hand but would have to shoot off for quarter-to.

We will just be unloading the barriers on Friday and stacking them.

We will have to build the court at 8am Sat morning. Any help greatly appreciated.

Holy shit, the barriers are a big job! Anyone who can spare a bit of time would be great.

I'll take a late lunch and try to help for an hour on Friday. I can also get there early on Saturday morning to help set up.

Pip had a good idea about making fliers explaining the (simple) rules of polo and where/when people can get a game. We can hand them out on Sat.

I'm swamped, would anyone be able to run with this?

If someone can put some text together and design something that looks decent, i'm sure i could print a few off at work? Set them up 4 to a page and bear in mind there'll be a border when i print them.

I just had visions of when we played that team from oxford in the euros and that dude went flying over the barriers and took out that cute french girl.
