There are 0 tickets for sale on eBay.

I wish they would make you do this for all gigs. If you had to register a general picture / profile before you bought tickets then only people who wanted to go would buy them.

I feel this kind of system would be a bit heavy handed for normal gigs though, it does stop you passing on tickets, when you can't go for whatever reason and give/get cost price back to allow someone else the opportunity. I recently managed to get some Afterburner tickets having missed out and a friend luckily had some spare (www.roadburn.com) Capping ticket purchases at 2 per person is a good idea imo

I really detest all these fuckwit ebay hawkers that have the tickets up seconds after it's sold out.. just means genuine fans can miss out or get ripped off as they're a little desperate to see the gig

I would happily pay an extra fee if this system was done by all venues for major gigs. Last year about 15 of us wanted to see the Pixies, we all got tickets but on different days, Thursday and Friday sold out instantly, but over 20 Friday tickets were on Ebay inside 10 mins. Fuck the Touts. Selfish, money grabbing shits!!
