That's strange because the article has a footer that reads:
"No comments have so far been submitted. Why not be the first to send us your thoughts"

I think that should read:
"No comments have so far been submitted that conform to our fear-mongering, blinkered, nazi view of the world. Why not be the first to send us your ill-conceived, paranoid, dribbling rantings?"

With Regard to the article, the highlights for me are:

"I stared into my latte" - the worst kind of gratified, city-dwelling mediocrity made 'poignant'.

"Urban England" - capitalised so as to attempt to make it a factual buzzword, this appalling and sickening untruth is typical of the Mail's tactics.
