• worth looking into. Let you know soon!

  • There were loads of pics taken at the Windmill and the Castle, anyone seen them posted anywhere?

Random aside: I took a couple of photos - one from the london bridge walkway and a couple at the lauriston. They came out pretty good in b&w. I'll try to remember to post them but I have to scan them first too.

  • pics:

some bike waving there if you look closely

  • Awesome pics, did you take them yourself?

  • i did indeed

  • Awesome pics, did you take them yourself?

I should also say thank you for your kind words.

The top ones is a bit blurry though - I was excited (!) as I dashed up to the bridge over duke st., i thought i would miss everyone. I knocked a chap as I ran up too, but he was very good about it. I also apologised profusely...

some weirdos on the bridge also asked me what it was all about. they were excited too. 'twas a good evening.

  • No probs, I think the blurred effect makes it better in a way. A shame I didn't have a working bike when this happened.

The second one is impressive too, give up the day job.

  • give up the day job.

    phwoar, cheers. working on that

  • sweet, can I see the rest of your flickr collection if you don't mind?

  • not really much there. Since I've gone analog the price of taking photos has gone up, as well as the effort to put it up. i'm learning really. but here's what's there.

  • Were you shooting analog? or digital

None the less really great pics!

  • analog, baby. looks very much like your avatar, maybe even shot with something v similar...

  • I like the ghost tube one, really nice effect.

  • Not long to the next one of these, last year was mental, never seen so many cyclists in one place. Are we going to do the same thing this year?

  • So I guess that's a no then... would be this week.

  • This was awesome last year

  • Yeh it was awesome last year....I'l be going..spring is well in the air.!!

  • I think it might be a good idea.

This was the first (and only) critical mass I've ever attended, and only did so because of the deaths Of Muhammad Haris Ahmed and Shivon Watson in quick succession in March last year. There have already been 6 cyclist deaths on London roads this year (maybe more).

I know a lot of people don't like linking critical mass and protesting about cycling deaths but I thought the first half of the critical mass last year was quite moving, even if it deteriorated somewhat towards the end. If critical mass ever had a purpose then surely it would be this.

  • Ah, I never managed to upload my pictures, as the picture upload wouldn't work (or I was too impatient). I might try again.

  • I'll be at critical mass this friday. (think it'll be good practice for marshalling at the tweed run!)

  • So is the Bridges ride this saturday to be the LFGSS birthday ride this year then?

  • should be

  • Better than the abomination that was the CM Birthday last year. It was just an excuse for cunts to act like cunts.

  • ^+1
