Great night, was loving catching up with some old faces at the castle. Thought the mass was a bit of a let down, I think this was mainly dude to it trying to visit the crash sites. I see why people wanted to do it, but I felt it interrupted the flow of the ride.
Also got lost on the way home... little bit drunk. Doing the reece for the Tweed Run the next day was painfull.

That was Andy (PGM) and Izgard, the rest of us were behind giggling, he didn't fine them though - nice sneaky copper!
I was in the bunch of gigglers as it were, don't think I met you Clara! Maybe next time, too many names and too many faces...

How many more posts before this goes on to another page so I don't have to look at Borntoolate's arse in a massive picture every time I open this thread please?
Me and mine will give CM another go to see if it might be better. I'd like to be of the opinion that this is doing a good thing for cyclists and can't make an informed decision based on one, different than usual occasion.

Thats pretty much my conclusion too, i definitely saw a few people causing agro for no reason, both drivers and cyclists.
Did anyone else see the cabbie trying to get a baby to hospital? Its obvious that if true it should have been an exception, but then if the cabbie had just said so calmly rather then screaming that everyones a cnut he might have had a different reception.
It was still good fun if a little slow.

There were other gingers there no just you two. But the way to spot the difference beween you and jimbilly is that jimbilly has a longer beard. ;)

Not in that splinter group there wasn't and yes I am very envious of the beard

Myself and the gf had a great time on the ride, she said it has even boosted her confidence on the road a little which is great, it was nice to see so many drivers that were smiling and even chatting to the cyclists while they corked junctions.
We'll both be going to the next one which hopefully wont end in deepest darkest Hackney, though we did go back via brick lane to have salf beef beigels so ending up around there wasn't all bad...
fun.

That beard feels so luxurious against the skin.

Bitter bitter tears of pain and anguish.
You said you loved me and I was special.
Yeah. I thought someone behind me must have done something careless / on purpose. Luckily for me DK sort of diffused the situation a bit (the driver seemed to be backing off too) by just saying 'skully, fuck off, we'll cope' which was what I needed to hear. I was feeling pretty frightened to be honest, I'm a flippin' weed when people flash their teeth at me, as it were. Murtle said some kind words as we rolled away to me to help me calm down. Cheers you guys.
