See where you're going wrong there is by using BBC weather. Which is completely bollocks.
Try Accuweather, reckons only a little rain between 6-7 then clear:

Uni work finished faster than I expected means I get a proper nights sleep tonight, which means I can hand in earlier than I hoped tomorrow, get 5 hours sleep and then start the 2 hour(with the sound system) ride to the CM start line.

but whatever, I am looking forward to a right laugh. -

How come Accuweather is better though? -
• #560
indeed. Trouble is, rain would destroy the sound system. I think it's best to just not bring it at all. Much of it is wooden. Expect it at a later CM, but not at this one.

BBC lies constantly, to the point two years ago I felt they were making it up. I've got the free Accuweather app on my phone and 95% of the time it's spot on to the hour.
Also it's run by this guy:
Which can only be a good thing. -
• #562
Hahaha I dunno if I would trust what Joe Bastard has to say but if hes got a 95% accuracy rate I suppose ive got no choice
-
• #563
did you see all the papers recently, there was a weather prediction outfit saying we were in for the hottest summer ever, they claimed the met office were shit,
the fact that everyone wants to hear that, combined with the fact that they were saying it would come from around the Azores cracked me up, er we always get our high pressure systems from off Africa coming up that way. as you were. -
• #564
We haven't had a decent Azores high for a coupla years tho'... They're right, the Azores high pushes the colder/wetter weather north... We'll just have to wait and see... :]
-
• #565
blah blah blah joe... stop ruining the good weather for us!

Well the cunning plan is falling apart, got to deliver the moulton midi to N16, Collect a Moulton F in harrow and then go to the ace cafe. Then may appear a fulham at drinks, probably not tho and then be at the birthday drinks and then be up early in the morning in tooting.
Probably going t be in the car and wish it was the bike.
