That was a nice evening. paramounted, next time just say what you look like in advance so we can stab you with a finger and accuse you of looking like you. Well done to Andy and Sarah for giving Matt and Stelle a run for their frames! Oh, er, and Matt and Stelle for winning them. :)

Happy Birthday 14! I remember going to the opening and it running out of beer, definitely not the case at the birthday bash! Totally amazing volumes of booze, banging tunes and a mental crowd. Thanks all for the support, that final was the hardest thing..especially because I thought it was only 500m and couldn't understand why it was taking so long.
Obviously totally delighted to have won a frame! Will look forward to going to the shop and sorting it all out.
Nice one Matt! Will this become your new track steed then? Is it a good'un?

Good work Matt n Stelle, marmalade power ftw.

Well done Matt, a K in the final was a nightmare. My legs were fucked. Well done Stelle, and well done Sarah. Considering you werent going to do it and claming you were going home after each race getting to the final was awesome.

Well it's just a box of Columbus tubes at the moment (which is cool in itself), but yeah I think I'm going to make it into a tight, dedicated track bike and keep my other one for commuting. I have most of the other parts to turn it into a bike already, so it shouldn't be too expensive.
I've heard that the 14 track builds are really good, so I still can't really believe it, what a prize!

Yeah that was the hardest thing ever. Legs were like jelly half way around and I could hardly turn the pedals. It was a close run thing though, so well done to you too.

I'm totally blown away! Amazing - what a birthday weekend! Thank you 14...free beer AND a free bike?! what more could a girl wish for in an evening?

You won a bike too Stelle? Nice one! Looking forward to seeing these builds.

Yeah!! I was gently stuffed with dinner and wine, not really expecting to do much and then suddenly this women's prize materialised too and, well...I just couldn't resist having a go. Good competition from Clara, Nancy and Sarah too - it wasn't easy!
I am so unbelievably excited...can't wait.
