  • I think it looked better with these forks. Such rad

The handling was not great with them sadly

  • rad.

  • That geometry is so nice

    powdercoated campag pista chainring?

nope. it resembles zeus rings (the holes for mounting are further in, not like campag)

geometry is nice, but overprice otp csepel hungarian/taiwanese crap can >>>>>>>>>>>

  • I don't really get ratty bikes with flashy looking parts like trispokes. I think one of the advantages of a ratty bike is that it doesn't look like it's worth anything so not worth stealing. If you pop a shiny carbon wheel on it, people are going to realise it isn't just a battered old shit heap after all. Still rad though!

  • friend's with 26" front

Yeah but with some, they just get ratty from use, not to look like a beater.

  • Yeah, I guess so.

  • Crabon in beater guise?..

hope to stay outta the puddles

  • I hope you ride it in to the sea.

  • Yeah carbon rusts horribly

  • ^^^
I imagine that that frame is the reincarnation of someone who did something hideous in a former life. It's the only explanation that makes sense.

  • I hope you ride it in to the sea.

It's in wet weather mode so would probably be fine.

  • Functional if anything.

SAddle is far forward for that stem. looks odd.

  • Saddle position doesn't have anything to do with stem length.

  • err.... yes. yes it does.

  • I was told to choose a saddle position relative to the BB and then just get the stem I needed after that.

  • I thought this too, maybe the owner has really short femurs but long arms?

  • err.... yes. yes it does.

    no it doesn't

  • no it doesn't

correct position on a bike depends on both.

You kinda answer your own question there.

Some needed a little forward, some back a bit.

  • Basically, how much hotpant do you wanna be showing when you're hunkered down in the drops on the way to work? ...and there you go, that's your saddle position sorted, mate.
