It's just something I found on eBay. Here's the link, but they seem to be sold out atm. It was meant to fit forks with cantilever mounts, but was easily modified with a couple of rubber/steel bands from a hardware store to fit a regular fork. Not as sturdy as my previous front rack, but it gets the job done.

700c wheels on a monster old Raleigh 27". frame an forks an ebay find had the brake guides knocked off the tt. and some bits an pieces. well light and an easy ride.
