I'm actually not giving it away, for now. Although a nice idea, the swapping technique wasn't particularly successful and I actually think the bike is too much of a wreck to donate. I'd feel a little guilty. Until I have a better plan, I am just going to ride it into the ground and continue to help HHV in other ways.

I think they're Cook Bros cranks, and the shifter is probably a downtube shifter mounted on something like a Paul Thumbie.
