It's manufactured as a ratbike. Like that horrible Kona that was about. Forced rust is shit. If it was an actual rat then the TT protector wouldn't still be shiny, or the stem, seatpost, dropouts...

When I said rat, I meant like those old VW that have been rusted on purpose with chrome part and luggage on the rack.

Most of the old VW's have been left to rust after a repair or due to lack of care. The first picture of this in the FixieInc press release was of a rusty frame.
