Cuba is not a bicycle country but they definitely have awesome rat's bikes
(and amazing 50's US cars with russian engines...)
they recycle everything they have

that's needs a few more months in the circuits to qualify.. it's nearly mint except for tape and seatpost!

well.. they do what they can.. if i'm not mistaken, there should be a velodrome with a nice history on the island..
