It's treading the fine line between HHSB and anti.... given a few years it could blossom info the rat it has buried deep inside.
personally I think its just trying too hard to ever be rat.

I get what your saying, it didn't look like that from being used, its just a fake rat, a cool fake rat though.
-
• #3604
But don't bikes become rats over time through abuse and such? So it can't be a 'fake' rat it's either anti or a beater.

• #3605
thin thin lines between these three..

• #3606
there's real rats.....and then there's just rat lookers. Nothing wrong with a rat looker but nothing beats the real thing.
RAT stands for Recycled Automotive Transport taken from the 50s American hot/rat rod scene where people would spend all of their money on beefy motors and just use any old parts to keep the body going, until it became trendy of course.......so technically no bike is ever actually a R.A.T....more a R.B.T.... :P

well, i would rather see a lot of bikes that are slightly ratty than a few that are really ratty, the hole point of these style bikes is to not be to fussy right?

the bob jackson is nice, but looks like it has been ridden about 10mins through puddles. Practically new and not a rat.

Saw this awesome Bob Jackson in Angel yesterday.
From current projects, pretty sure it belongs in this thread!
Fucking awesome.

Some of the finest rats on this thread are Bob Jacksons - but that shiny blue thing with top tube protector is not one of them

Spray it with a high powered hose, and it'll look fine.
