Legit question; are the handlebars backwards or is it the angle of the photo?

Merckx looks sick! Do have a shot from the front?
Also, did you put in the rear triangle support yourself? I've only seen that on bikes with a rear disc brake

@ av3s. I think its the angle of the photo. They're Straight MTB bars welded onto the lower part of a BMX handlebar..
