Dude built that frame himself a few years back. He's pretty clever, may have just fancied adding the wishbone at some point.
Yeah, he used the Surley ends, its fillet brazed throughout, also has drum brake on the front. -

Yep thats me. For now i'll leave it as it is, but the frame is so nice i think sooner rather than later i'll give it some quality paint.

I asked the seller when it was back on ebay about the paint, and he said he himself used stencils to get it like that, and it could be easily stripped to leave the same paint as the forks
