cheers, gonna take the rack and mudguards off and make it more of a SSCX when I've got some money. There's some decent gravel/muddy cycle routes near my new house that I want to start commuting on.

I stripped the horrible hammerite offa my bike (massive ballache) and let the 'age' before sanding it down with steel wool and spraying lacquer.
Would love to identify this bike. The stripping has uncovered a frame number on the BB shell:
'5029'. Also uncovered where Campag dropouts/trackends
Would love to put find a bit more about it. Sorry for the instagram pics, easiest way for me to host pics.
