I know this was mentioned at the weekend, but would we be able to upload all of our pictures to a central Flickr account? So many people captured so many good shots I'm sure - and I just want to keep reliving the weekend.....!!!!

You could always use a tag, no?
That way you search for pics with that tag and it would list them all - maybe the same for the tweeters, wasn't it ukbpc?

Everyone was just so chilled out both on and off court. Considering what was up for grabs the games were some of the cleanest and well natured i've seen in polo tournaments all over the world. I'm proud that we have such a good scene here in the UK. Beards v Fiasco and the final are the 2 best examples of this. No one got aggro or lost it, it was a joy to watch.

Lots of bromance and etc going on here, but I think one thing that has not been said yet is how much so many of us felt bad that NETTO didn't make it into the top 6 to get to the Worlds. That was pretty much the only bad thing that happened on this otherwise amazing weekend. Hopefully you guys will still go and maybe get in thru the throwins.

Well, I had a minor one during the refs meeting but that was just me being a cock or a dick. I can't remember which.

yeah i think most of the drama of the weekend had nothing to do with the games (iain playing for the throw-in team, roxy and i both thinking we're goal reffing and making opposite calls, also the aforementioned incidents).

as a ref i only had one call (a goal) disputed the entire weekend, though i saw a lot of contact i would have been calling in games i didn't ref: some bad bike on bike- i kept shouting "KEEP BIKE CONTACT PARALLEL!" but i'm not sure if anyone even understood what that meant, and also some high elbows and pushing off (i think body on body should be limited to above the elbows overall)

i wanted to say somewhere that EVERY left vs. right joust i saw over the weekend was a near-miss to a coma... what should be done about that definitely should be in consideration in the near future...
