Notably excellent performances from Sparkle Motion, and Apples.

Both teams played at a whole different level to what I have seen from them before.

Great tournament, fantastic that so many teams from all over the UK showed.

A word for Birmingham's B Team. DFL, didn't score a goal, lost all 4 games 0-5, still smiling on Sunday afternoon.

Holy shit. The most epic of polo weekends I've ever had. The festival atmosphere, BBQ. Saturday was mad, red bull and cider overload. And to go from Rik at the start of our game with Fenboy Three saying "I think we've fucked it" cos we were so drunk, to beating BAD on Sunday, then playing in the epic final against Cosmic. It was an incredible weekend. We couldn't have lost to a nicer team.

Massive thanks to MCR polo and the guys at Arcadia Sports Centre. I hope it's on next year! Thanks to Chan for putting up with the Apples snoring.

I propose we celebrate NE's success by going to the Northgate this Friday to deliver the trophy.

First tourney for SparkleMotion and we had a blast, a mahoosive thank you to the organisers and to our host, much appreciated!

Highlights where the game against schmoove and the 'what-ifs' if they hadn't equalised in the last minute, Elks bamboozling us in the last game with their 3 out and a leftie strategy.

Massive Cogs putting on an awesome team display to beat Netto and an exhausting 30 minute final that was an education to watch in skill and intensity and deffo massive props to Josh for MVP, consistent in every game, everywhere on the court and a superb playmaker

It was just a ball of fun hanging out with polo fiends from all over the place who played with enthusiasm and smiles…
