  • Why, Thank you Sir.

Makes the bag more useful than a 2 handled carrier bag. Also, its a conversation starter!

I searched for ages to find that 'long' pump, and success a NOS one turned up.

Also, notice the machined 'flute' down the Shimano #600 crank, and leather covered saddle to match leather handlegrips...?

  • I'd like to try something different this year.
Not sure which look I will go for, although I look almost like the the first lumberjack already.

  • John Norris has Hunter wellington boots on sale.

  • I keep checking this thread eagerly awaiting the announcement of a 'date'!

Can someone just save me the perpetual let down and PM when it's announced
    .... please?

  • ^nice look btw EEI :)

  • Don't want to look like a toff hunting a fox this time - more like a village idiot from the West Country.

  • as! and I thought you were so butch!

    Not me - sorry!

  • ........................

Love the pump too, Dr Nosh.

General Lucifer, whats the distance between your pump pegs?

  • On my road bike, I think it's about 56cm. I've got pips rather than pegs.

I am considering a Carlton Continental renovation at the moment, and it's pegs are much narrower.

    Why do you ask?

  • Not me - sorry!

    It's Ignatius J Reilly!

You have also been cast in bronze, sir.

  • how about £5 entry fee and optional £5 charity donation? I mean, some people can afford to give to charity more than others so why should it be imposed?
Sorry if that's an old topic.

  • ................blah,blah.....
    Why do you ask?

    i know a man etc...

  • taps side of nose

    Nuff said.

I'm ok for pumps at the mo, but ta for the consideration.

  • Pumps? Pegs? Are we talking euphemisms?

  • is pump pegs a euphamism for something a bit dodgy?

thanks for all the feedback. i think it's been decided. there'll be a registration fee this year, that will all go to our designated charity. sponsorship funding will cover costs of the event.
