Haha, no worries matey! Dya want your bike to be more of a racing bike than a trick bike? Between us all I'm sure we could help you get it sorted if so! Just do what I do. Switch bits around when you want to piss about, or if ya wanna blast about then switch it to race mode!

30 miles really isn't that bad - sounds a bit daunting, but once you get in a pace you'd be surprised how easy(ish) it is.

Exactly. Plus we have a pub stop half way through. You'll be back in Norwich enjoying a pint and sore legs before you know it.

Remember though he does run silly spinny gear for 700cmx! Could probably still do 15 in an hour easilly though!
