Hi Fared. We're leaving from E&C roundabout at 9 and then a second meet at Tooting at 9:30.

Bikely is down which is making it tricky to post the route, but I will as soon as it's working.

9am at E&C is right but we should maybe make it 9.45 at Tooting just in case we have to wait for people.

I'm going to put a thread in classifieds advertising the spare places Right Now.

I'm still in. Booked the Friday and Monday off work to have a nice chillax.

Problem: when everyone pulls out and I'm left alone, I'll have nowhere to stay in London the night before, and I'll get bloody lost on the way. I will be able to properly spread out at the site, though.

You can always stay at my place.
One condition: we go camping together.

I gave up on Bikely last night as I was trying to redo the route from E&C but it was refusing to save... I'll do it again in my lunch break.

By the way it is possible to just do half the riding and get the train to/from Brighton. The campsite is only 8 miles from there.

I know it's not exactly in the spirit of the ride but it would be really good to get the numbers up a bit because I am feeling pretty bad for the campsite. I know we've paid deposits but they're missing out on people revenue which they would have got if I hadn't booked out the whole campsite.

@joe It's not exactly light but we'll manage, the poles are pretty light. We could take the outer tent but no inner tent, but we'd need a groundsheet or two. Don't stress about the weight, apart from the sleeping bag and a bit of food, tools and bits of clothing, what elese do we need? Peasy.

I would explain that better but I haven't got my head round it myself yet. Basically she told me to book it as 19 tents and 19 people, which was £190; I've paid them £95 of that and owe them the rest. And then we were (or I was, where people had paid me) meant to be paying for the additional people when we got there. But because some additional people aren't coming I have money from other people that doesn't need to go to the campsite.
