Odd place, BLB. The frames they have on the ceiling are amazing though. Haven't been in about a year, but I can't see it ever changing from being unwelcoming. That said, they stock enough decent stuff to maintain steady interest, be it fixed or road goods. I do miss going in there and hearing Jan starting every sentence/reponse with 'Loooook, is gonna beeeh [insert overpriced figure] pawnnnnds'

they're suing beigel bake for their 'brick lane bakery' slogan as they claim it is confusingly similar to their brand and are insisting that they change it. in order to fund the change beigel bake are doubling their prices and reducing their fillings by half and they are only going to be open from midday to 3pm for the lunchtime crowd.
