I think Arawn and veLLo need to take this French/Dutch competition to where it belongs.

BlueQuinn I agree. The Dutch take the Flemish part and the French take the Walloon part and everyone's happy. We give the remaining part to Luxembourg or Germany.

The Primavera appears to be holding its fuel, thanks to Inchpincher's adjustments to the fuel tap, so I rode it home yesterday and to work this morning. Boy, it's good to have that smallframe feeling again.
The power's all in the top end, which is probably a limitation of the exhaust I chose (purely on looks. I said 'I want this exhaust, please build an engine to suit it'). It's properly gutless at low revs, but when they build it just takes off like a rocket. As I emailed to Ben yesterday it's "mmmmmmbrmmbrmbrmbmrbmpopopopWAAAAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHH"
I need to calibrate the digital speedo. At 30 (estimated by following a van going through a speed camera) it's reading 42mph.

has anyone ever kept their Vespa/Lambretta out on street? Chained up, alarm lock etc. Covered - maybe take plug out? I gotta move mine and it might have to live outside (currently in friends shed). Take the side panels in with me?
Farkkkkkk........crying

I wouldn't.
There were numerous theft attempts on my Vespa when it was parked all day outside work in Marylebone. Foiled only by the fact my headset bolt was so loose the handlebars turned before the steering lock could be forced.
There were also theft attempts from the car park at my flat, foiled only by catching the cunts red-handed.And this was when it looked knackered.
