I did a google image search on it because I think it's an incredible looking thing. It looks so uncomfortable! It's apparently a tension structure frame, held together with wires tightened with bottlescrews.

Can't find any other information it, though - every source repeats the same paragraph about it being a "Fletcher-Kain by Jimmy Kain etc etc" but nobody has anything new to add.

Not sure if this is cool or not but I snapped this kid whilst we rolled through Gereshk market back in the summer. He was busting wheelies screaming "USA! USA!"
It's always good to see a kid on a bike.
