My nephew Juanka in training at Lausanne.

Bit of a dredge but, dare I ask how you pronounce that name?

Is short for Juan Carlos, I call him Juan Carlos. Juanka is pronounced pretty much as you imagine it to be.
My wife a native spanish speaker says it is pronounced differently, it sounds the same to me. I keep quiet.
He is currently competing in the USA so maybe he will twig or maybe he knows and doesn't care. He's a real nice kid so I guess it doesn't really matter.
