if your not coming by bike…
W7 / W3 / 144 Buses all stop nearby
Nearest tube is Finsbury Park (then W7 or W3 to Victoria Stakes bus stop) or Highgate (134 or 43 to Muswell Hill and then a walk down Muswell Hill until Cranley Gardens)
or Alexandra Palace railway station and then a walk through the park...

May I ask what to expect at the sale? How much in price and quantity roughly please. Thanks

everything! lots of bits and pieces to do with all bikes. Got 30 stall holders selling seatposts, frames, brakes, cogs, wheels, stems, handlebars, Whatever they bring to sell and at whatever price they want to sell it…

I think I'll wait abit before I jmup into the fixed world. Is this the best place to find cheap second hand bits then?
-
• #35
Yes

Thank you sir. I'll have to start thinking about a frame as a start I guess. I noticed that people on here have been quite picky on bikes, up to the CM. I will have to find out what size is good for me and work from there I guess.

Is there any chance you have a used campag headset up for grabs in usable condition? No doubt there will be one there somewhere.
Not sure if I can make it up in the morning but will do my best. -
• #45
No, I am afraid I don't
People , I ll put a sign on the stall saying it's Peter Carter so you know which one is me..

That was an interesting experience.
Hello to every one who came by my stall . I now am marginally wealthier than at 8 o'clock this morning.
The good news is that I have enough stock left for a repeat of last years " boutique jumble " in may garden.
The downside was that I had some items stolen, which has left me more disappointed than annoyed.

Oh and etch , please thank your dad for organising this...

Good to meet you Peter. Can't believe there was thieving going on. Poor show.
Still, I enjoyed rummaging and chatting to lots of forum-mongers. roll on the next one.

Nice to see you again. Thanks for the pantomime cow story - kept me amused as a I slogged home with my booty. Looking forward to a repeat of your jumble. The brownies were awesome.
