Heading out for fixed laps of Richmond Park this afternoon between 1-4pm, it's cold and drizzly... maybe 22 min/lap pace.

Not that last minute, but I have time to kill on Monday during the day if anyone wants to go for a spin near Potter's bar (or I can ride to meet you). No lycra and I'll be on my riser'd skidder but fancy getting out.

If anyone wants to do some sprints and deer dodging I'll be 48/15 between Roehampton and robin Hood gate from around 8pm tonight. Switching from spd to spdsl so may be some cleat fondling involved.
I'll also have inappropriate lighting, and might shuffle round the pond loop if deer density is too high.

Can't do tonight, but if anyone wants to go tomorrow day, 50/60 miles? Gonna head out of south London.

So I did 60 miles in the end, including toys and beddlestead. And can safely conclude that I really am not fit, at all. Zilch. Zero.

~100km, geared, out Kent way tomorrow. Leaving Ace Hotel coffee place around 9am tomorrow morning if anyone wants a roady spin. Probably around 25kph but I have no idea about averages really.
