S'alright. Next time we go 3 up and rock the hell out of a route, till someone's ears bleed.
I ate copious amounts of Baclawa, arabic food, and chocolate. So I feel like winning.
Was going to post about tmw morning, but weather is so shit, I'm going to go for a run instead. -

Sounds like a plan. Hopefully by that point I will have found out where I left my lungs!
Not really meaning to sound like a moody teenager - was a lovely evening to be out, and still so warm. Was nice to re-cover roads that I'd done fixed before, with gears. Just feeling totally broken right now

Edited: Going to ride to Dover on Friday. Start burgess park around 10, out via dartford, green st green, istead rise, obham, cuxton, sittingbourne, faversham, whitstable, canterbury, dover. Approx 100 miles all in, roadie douchbag style. Plenty of places to get the train back, as far as canterbury, if you don't fancy the entire route. Anyone welcome.

If you go round the back of kings cross, get on the canal at Regents Park then exit at Little Venice then follow this route the ride to Richmond Park can be quite pleasant.

Going to ride this (following some of the Hell of the Ashdown route) on Sunday as some LEJOG base training km's. Rolling out of Lewisham c 12.45pm or can pick you up in Crystal Palace or Elmers End a bit later. Due to elevation, will be aiming for a 24kph average. Will be riding with gears.
Some decent elevation if that's your thing. Drop me a PM if you're keen.

Anyone fancy a quick 40 mile spin out of Maida Vale tonight?

If I wake up at an ok hour will be riding to IKEA. Not a to shabby route as I know where to turn in/out to follow the tramline side path. Apart from that could be rather dull and slow as I think mtb as I need the pannier rack and junk.

Anyone fancy seeing some of Kent's finest hills tomorrow arvo? Get some elevation practice in in preparation for Rapha Rising.
Will be passing through Elmers End c 1pm. 140km 2200m. 24kmph average. I'm using it as a base traing ride. Gears a must unless you're suitably nuts.
Drop me a p.m if you're keen.

Will be riding with gears aiming for 26-27kph average. Fish and chups on the beach before heading home. Leaving from Deptford c 12.30 pm.
Drop me a pm if you're keen. -

No track tomorrow for me, so will be doing a few laps of Crystal Palace from 9-12 if anyone fancy joining this newbie! =)
Soz buddy! Good miles with Branwen tonight, even if we were both broken by the bottom of Star.
