Ride into hertforshire this Saturday morning.

Meet at Kenwood house at 9 for breakfast before a nice 30mile rolling loop arround north london and into hertforshire.

3 laps of RP. no stopping, geared, big ring only, slight venture into the hurt locker but only for a minute at a time. in about an hour.

Actually scratch that. 9 is a little late in the day for me.

Fixed and moderate. Some good hills in there as well.

Geared is fine. What kind of pase are you talking? Fast? We wont be hanging arround but not pushing it.

Not sure on the marathon ride. It all looks a bit busy to me. Sure fire bust. If I do do it it will be about 20min before the other group.

You will be able to ggo faster than that geared. Its a realy nice route and we wont drop anyone. Breakfast at Kenwood is good to. Come along.

Nice to meet you too. I am planning on the same again next weekend with maybe a longer route out into Hertfordshire. Hopefully my legs will be working properly.
