cheeky. I'd like to do a lunchtime ride tomorrow really but have got so much work to do that I probably won't get out. So getting it in today instead. A few of these in the works if you're keen to hop on one at some stage.

I will be wearing my hideous pink gilet, so I can understand why others would be reluctant to be seen with me.

Anyone would like to join, send me a pm. -

Getting some LEJOG training miles in and going to head out to Whitstable as wind conditions look good :) Will be riding this route via Pilgrims Way. Will be riding geared leaving at 12.30ish from Deptford. 120km's. Generally average 25kph on the longer rides. Hoping to get 18.09 back to Victoria.
Drop me a PM if you're keen.

That was a fucking farce.
Got lost. Garmin failed, 3 times. Ran out of food. Ran out of water. Didn't have any money so despite trying to call it a day and catch train home. Loads of unintentional cyclocross- by the 3rd attempt, I gave up, hence the getting lost. The wind was just the wrong side of demoralising. More like 91 miles in the end, and 50 of those were brutal sapping bastard things. Been out of the house for 5.5hrs- half an hour of which was spent in a leicestershire field, having a little cry, and I feel like shit. -

Looking at 7VEN's route, and quite fancy the look of it. Anyone fancy trying it on tuesday? Will be on roadie. And will probably get lost, repeatedly.

Great ride with 7ven - recommended, although the road conditions weren't the best. Next up: Brighton return or a go at the London Boroughs Spiral Ride.

Going to put some miles in after work dunno if anyone wants to tag along. Will sound lame but need some more decathlon cereal bars. The other week I went back via the tunnel in greenwich and out by excel and got lost in a fun way. But the croydon to decathlon route is a certain.
Croydon(work) - Streatham - Brixton - Camberwell - Burgess Park - Canada Water(decathlon) - somewhere - somewhere - somewhere - somewhere - streatham(home)

I know there is a Kent/Whitstable/Canterbury route on this page but I need one for Ramsgate; possibly via Canterbury as north of A2 is pretty grim and I don't want to take the pavé between Herne Bay and Broadstairs. I prefer distance over hills for this one.
Also if anyone wants to join I plan to do this on Friday morning; geared. Staying with a friend for long weekend and ride back on Monday morning.
Would love to join you, Tom, but am looking after the kids tonight. (Plus I did a sneaky lunchtime hour and a half ride).
