Phwoar, that seitan looks incredible. I can't stand kimchi though! I'd absolutely demolish that with some roasted sprouts.

It’s basically following the Maangchi vege recipe, plus sprouts and I like to add turmeric too :-)
I made a big batch to give away as gifts but have a bit left.

Publicity stunt from London Dungeon to ban vegans during 'Vebanuary'
It's only made it as a press release to local news sites and isn't on their socials. So hopefully, they've realised it's: A, Stupid and B,Ilegal to ban vegans.

"And the best bit, no need for additional security to help identify the veggie lovers, as we know they will most likely mention it within minutes of stepping foot into the attraction!"
Hilarious.

Will a tofu press change my life? like the Tofuture Tofu Press https://www.lakeland.co.uk/73399/tofuture-tofu-press
Hesitant to add niche kitchen gadgets but if it'll get loads of use, great.

No it won't. Hardly use mine.
Easy to buy extremely firm tofu is supermarkets now so only use of tofu press is if you want to bulk buy cheaper tofu and need it as pressed as poss and can't just put it inbetween a teatowell and a stack of books.

I use mine fairly often. the cauldron stuff needs a good pressing and it’s also often on offer. Would I buy one now tho? Prob not..

I do like the idea of pressing other stuff, such as mushrooms. Don’t think that particular press is suitable but I haven’t given it a go
I’ve made this a couple of to
Ed and I’m going to make it again for Christmas Day this year
