  • Nah, just boshed them out as is.

  • I'm looking for a new belt. Just want a very plain looking black "leather" belt with a plain silver buckle. I've had a few cheap Topshop/ H&M etc ones that just get destroyed after a few months. Would go for second hand if anyone is moving on something that'd fit a 28"-30" waist!

  • Saw that wills vegan shoes sell nice belts but they are quite spendy

  • Not a big fan of the square buckle for some reason, maybe it looks a bit too smart when I'm after something to wear every day. Wouldn't mind spending that much on something I knew would last a lifetime or at least a good few years though.

  • I've had my vegetarian shoes belt for over 5 years now. Almost no sign of wear.

  • Was just looking at those, think I’ll get one on that review :)

  • The town belt looks good actually! I'm sure I used to have one of their belts before vegan leather was so ubiquitous. I think it broke but can't remember the circumstances.

  • I have one from The Third Estate in Brecknock Road:

I've had it for ages as it's been extremely durable--no signs of wear, as with pit's.

  • I got one from Asos - cheap, but showing wear after about 18 mths of frequent use.

  • I ended up ordering the town belt from vegetarian shoes. Thanks for the suggestions!

  • Happy world vegan day everyone

  • 💚🍏💚🍏💚

  • eat plants and ride bieks xx

  • Isn't it like 75 years since the word vegan was thought up as well? Happy world vegan day peeps!!!!

  • Have eaten two M&S nutcracker vegan Xmas sandwiches in as many days

  • Anyone tried the vegan offerings from papa johns pizza?

Normally would never bother but they’re 50% off this weekend and I’m sorely tempted

  • Have tried the vegan hot dog. its alight but the cheese is shit.

Would love to try the Marmite scrolls!

  • I haven't but Papa John's used to be the only place near me that did vegan (cheeseless) pizza when I was first vegan and I used to enjoy it. The weird inexplicably vegan garlic butter stuff was so gross but so good.

  • Having said that, the pickings were slim back then, Sheese was the only readily available vegan cheese. Dark times indeed.

  • On the subject of chains, Subway are trialing a Vegan meatball sub in Birmingham and Manchester initially. Not for me, but I guess some people will be interested in it.

  • Anyone tried from here ?

Want to get a cheeze board for xmas

  • Really only depends on whether you like typical vegan cheese. I'd not order one again. I'd eat a slice if it were offered to me.

  • And following that ^ I can't recommend the vegan applewood enough. Best vegan cheese I've had by a massive margin.

  • Thanks guys. Ordered it but swerved the sheese, or whatever it’s called.

Ate a small pizza, and not sure if I’ve ever eaten anything saltier in my life.

    I'd not order one again.

    Neither will I :)

  • looking forward to trying this
