Know anywhere in Ldn that's stocking the Tofurkey Xmas Roast this year?
Whole Foods Camden were only stocking the Feast version, which adds another £12 for some gravy and a stick of jerky, and isn't worth the expense.

I think the High St Kensington WF has the roast downstairs... that's where I'd usually grab one but the local health food shop had them again this year and I'd rather give my hard-earned to them... second year I've bought the Tofurky roast, it was v good last year.

Our roast yesterday was bang.
Seitan, red cabbage, mushroom ragu and spinach wellington. Shit tons of roast veg and mushroom gravy.

Looks well tasty @edmundro. No photos of ours as too busy scoffing, but it looked pretty similar to that. Spinach and mushroom wellington, with vegan blue cheese stuffed inside too. Lots of roasted veg and celeriac dauphinois with oatly barista based sauce.
Had lots of your snosage rolls too... great for a snack whenever there’s a gap!

Roast was seitan stuffed with stuffing, kinda gravy covered so can't see but pretty damn good, today's leftover chow mein was possibly even better and gone be my first boxing day tradition for Xmas at home I reckon. All vegan, as a veggie of 15 or so years, next year is going to be the year I go pretty much vegan as its probably easier to do now than being veggie was when I did that.

What are people cooking at the minute? I'm looking for some inspiration! Nothing too stodgy ideally.

This Christmas my sister ( who spent some time in Japan ) convinced me to make inari Sushi.
I ended up down Gerrard St and the Japan Centre sourcing the ingredients - quite a learning curve.
Anyway I did it following this charming video.
