Rosehip gin in handy milk-bottle sized servings and hawthorn jelly today. Never used Haws before, amazing taste.

Made a campari cheesecake today. The Sainsbury's dairy free cream cheese is a good substitute.

I adapted this one, used ginger biscuits, agar agar instead of gelatin and just campari instead of making a negroni as I have loads of it. I used alpro soy cream which I whipped with melted veg fat and xanthum gum to get it to thicken. https://www.deliciousmagazine.co.uk/recipes/negroni-cheesecake/
