Two of the three images you've posted purporting to show cyclocross bikes that have been damaged don't show cross bikes!

There's a guy on an orangey MTB/BSO (bike-shaped object) that rides through New Cross, seen him three times now, with forks that are only about 15-20 degrees less bent than these. He is riding the bike pretty fast. I wince every time I see him, but he's always on the other side of the road from me cos I really want to tell him to stop riding it. It blows my mind every time I see him that he thinks its OK to ride.
