Flights with ryanair, if you book now, are £10 return per person, plus £80 return for the bike.

I'm checking right now, London-Stansted - Karlsruhe-Baden, and all I can find is £19 each way (Fri-Sun) or £12 each way (Thurs-Sun). Am I missing something or have the rates gone up already?
