Does Balki really exist?

It is a question that has been vexing me.

Mr W. It has always struck me that Balki appears to be a nice person but never appears anywhere. There are other nice people on here but most who do not live in the Isle of Man or who are Tynan, do appear from time to time. Balki never does.

I believe in Tynan. I believe in you. I have doubts, however, about Balki.
