i not so sure. A horizontal mallet swing is more dangerous than the normal front back vertical style

context is everything with these calls though. i could swing like mental on a break when nobody is anywhere nearby and not endanger anyone. if i did that with people nearby it would be inconsiderate at best.
i'm interested to see how these safety-related issues are reffed this weekend, because it looks to me like a lot more pressure is going to be placed on the ref(s).

according to the rules, no method of scooping, cup carrying, snow coning, or pinning the ball requires you to pass before shooting other than ball jointing against the ground. I think the rule should be changed to include all these things, but maybe that's just me

Dont forget HELMETS!!
REgistration gonna be on friday, on the courts or next to the bar.
@ Airport to train station:
Take the train to "Gare Cornavin", that's the only stop you can go just after the airport (rail is under the airport). After take the road who get directly to the old school, and go up:

I remember one of those games where I was in Anton's team - it was epic! my favourite game of the weekend.
We arrive late tonight, so we'll be up early for some throw-in games on Friday morning. See you all then :)

hey hey, were arriving late friday ~10pm from cambridge and wondering if its still possible to register or at least sort out some accomodation in the dongeon civile? is there anybody else in this situation?
-
• #450
I'm arriving late on Friday (flight gets in at 9.10pm), everyone will still be out somewhere, but I'd try and sort your accommodation before going (there's probably room in the bunker)?
You don't need a wild swing, that's probably why you've not scored more of them (heh).
I've been practicing aiming the volley towards the floor (at the goal), I also never raise my mallet above top tube height, it's potentially a great move and is no less dangerous than chipping/lobbing the ball, needlessly winding up, or hammering a shot a goal.
