HMRC actually has more powers than the police when it comes to entering your property and seizing assets.

^ Not quite true... They didn't kick my door down, they phoned me at work to tell me they were gonna seize all my property (if I'd let them in the flat to do it), I then told them I had paid the bill two weeks previously so they could fuck the fuck right off... They fucked the fuck off...

I bet they make money out of this iPad thingy too though. Pointless device that Appleheads will blindly buy because it has a picture of an Apple on it. I still can't think of a situation where it beats a laptop or a smartphone. Mind you, I thought the iPod touch was a waste of time too.
....I agree on the iPad. Utterly pointless....
Prime Minister runs country via iPad.
At least Malibu admitted that his views on the iPod Touch were also wide of the mark. ;)

Hopefully picking mine up today as well, yippee! Can't wait. Now I can't even think about an Iphone as an upgrade.
Edit
Just picked mine up from the t mobile shop. Tried it out in the shop and was amazed by how clear the screen was, also the camera isn't all that bad which is a nice feature.

Haven't tried the above-mentioned Google Maps with Navigation yet. Who's used it so far?
Opinions on accuracy, lag, battery-drain?

Used it on my 40 minute drive home from work, didn't listen to it as I normally take shortcuts but it corrected itself really quickly and easily.
First impressions really impressed with it. Whats more when you get close to your destination you can move to street view so you can see the exact location, really handy if you don't know what building to look out for.
Battery life seems ok. Didn't really drop much more than normal to be honest, although I will get an in car charger/ cradle before long.

On a different note - Android growth is recorded at 250%, while Blackberry and Apple have slight growth. Windows is the significant loser in this otherwise healthy trend of growth. They're faltering. Bad news for those that have just bought Windows Mobile phones.
http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/blog/2010/apr/21/apple-financial-results-analysis
*In fact, we haven't seen any Windows Mobile (of whatever flavour) licensing/sales numbers for a long time. Can anyone point us to them? Anyone? Because Reuters is says that "Microsoft's mobile phone business is in the doldrums": *
*"The company's market share of mobile subscribers has also taken a deep plunge. Market research firm comScore says that between October and January, Microsoft's share of the market fell from 19.7% to 15.7%. RIM, the maker of the BlackBerry, remained the leader, growing from 41.3% to 43%. Apple 's iPhone increased slightly, from 24.8% to 25.1%, and Google's Android grew by more than 250%, going from 2.8% to 7.1%."*
*But it's worse that that: *
"By the end of 2010, Microsoft will be so far behind its competitors that it will likely never catch up. The issue isn't just market share and the perception that Windows phones aren't as worthy as the competition. It's also that Microsoft is losing the app war -- badly. With developer interest lagging and market share dropping, there will be far fewer great apps for Windows Phone than there are for its competitors. And it is apps that drive mobile phone purchases." -

Fortunately, Adobe will now redirect those resources to supporting flash on Google's android...a move that will anger Apple even more. "Fortunately, the iPhone isn't the only game in town," Mike Chambers, Flash platform product manager, iterated on his blog.
How good is that?

I actually think that its gaming that will decide the true cross-over success of the Android platform. It already covers and excels at the basics, but I'm guessing that Google's past behaviour, means that their recent employment of a games guru, means that they want a slice of the gaming market.
Already the Desire and others, have a 1Ghz CPU, and when that is compared to the 200Mhz Dreamcast, and the 300Mhz PS2, apart from the lack of RAM, there certainly are possibilities. A better mobile comparison is the 333Mhz PSP.
Google are said to be working on a solution to the games-accessible system memory. At the moment its puny. Whats going to shake things up even more, is the realisation that games that challenge the PSP will require heavy memory resources. Ladeez an genellmen, boiz an squirls, I give you ExZues Arcade [FPS]. It requires at least 57MB and is only downloadable via Wi-Fi. The die has been cast.
YouTube- ExZeus Arcade Android Game Review
Its might be worth remembering that Soul Calibre debuted on the Dreamcast. Its just a matter of memory, and cross-platform progamming.....and 32GB memory cards. ;)
Sorry, I seem to have made myself wet. :(

HTC Incredible?! End of the month?!
Why would you get in trouble? What are they gonna do.. lock you in your house and ask to see all your phones?
"Err.. it's in the shop getting fixed guys, like seriously, like wow these cuffs are like hurting man"
