Does anyone know of a good car spec comparison website?
Looking for something to bench mark the boring things, flat folding seats, tax bands, mpg, etc.

Have you tried Car Wow? It's pretty good at choosing criteria... https://www.carwow.co.uk/car-chooser

Don't you just need a wedge to put under it? Keep the belt sander vertical

If it's a thin sheet that won't work.
But this should, make it as big as you can so it'll last a while before it is sanded down too far itself.

You need to make a chuting/shooting board or whatever the equivalent is for a belt sander. One option would be to clamp the sander down and build a jig that allows you to bring the board up to it at the rquired angle.
Alternatively, most circular saws have the option to angle the blade.

all the belt sanders I used at uni had an adjustable angle "bench". so the belt stayed vertical, but the metal table bit was adjustable.

see, the quarter circle underneath the "bench" is what guides it on its way down. should have indication of degrees

yes, ours is similar, im not sure if it is infinitely variable or only sets to certain angles. nor how accurate it is. will check tomorrow, but this is probably the easiest way.

I listened to a really good podcast that came on randomly about writing content. I can't for the life of me remember what it was, what device it was on, etc.
There was a suggestion of how to find out popular content / topics etc.
Does anyone have a suggestion of how to find the most popular UK websites or blogs for wigget manufacturers and which key words lead them there?
Also I think they mentioned a way of seeing similar searches for the most popular websites.
Cheers

Any laser cutty people here.
Need some shapes made out of +/- 1mm thick 'something' and the fabricator I was planning to use has just pulled out. Presuming 1.5mm MDF but open to suggestions. Need them cut, treated and printed on by Friday 28th so no pressure : )

Yes
QR mounted RD hanger.
You will most certainly have issues with setting up the RD to perfection as it would effectively be moved towards the outside by 5-10mm
Also annoying to remove the rear wheel
how can i accurately and repeatedly cut/sand/file the edge off of a sheet of ply/mdf at a 69 degrees?
i need a jig to hold it at the correct angle so i can then sand it on a beltsander but cant really visualise how it might look.
poo added for scale
